SCHOOL BOARD
The Endeavour Schools’ Board collaborates with the school community to ensure the best outcomes for students. It plays a key role in supporting effective school governance, ensuring resources are used efficiently, and aligning the school’s priorities with community expectations and student needs.
The Board’s responsibilities, outlined by legislation, include both decision-making and advisory functions. Some areas the Board may make decisions on include:
- Fees and Charges
- Book Lists
- Sponsorship
- Dress Codes
These decisions are made in collaboration with the principals and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
Principals may also consult the Board for advice before making management decisions. Board members have the right to be informed about the principals’ decisions, except when these involve confidential information or matters related to individuals or families.
The Board does not involve itself in the day-to-day management of the school, as that responsibility rests with the principals.
The Board meets four times per year and one of those meetings is a public meeting to which the school community is invited. If you’d like to join our School Board, please complete the nomination form below.

P&C ASSOCIATION
The primary role of the P&C is to support Endeavour Schools in enhancing every student’s learning experience.
We serve as an important connection between families and the school, helping to build a strong and engaged school community. Our P&C aims to meet twice each term, and all meeting dates will be shared on our Facebook page (Endeavour Schools P & C | Facebook), the P&C noticeboard, and in the school newsletter. Everyone is warmly invited to attend.
Getting involved in the P&C is a meaningful way to contribute directly to your child’s education and to the wider school community.
