ENROLMENTS
Welcome to Endeavour Schools!
Located in the suburb of Port Kennedy, just 10km south of Rockingham, Endeavour Primary School and Endeavour Education Support Centre work together as Endeavour Schools – a warm, inclusive learning environment for students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
We are proud to foster inclusivity across all year levels and offer a wide range of diverse learning opportunities for both students and staff.
To begin the enrolment process, parents/carers are asked to complete an Application for Enrolment Form. Once eligibility is confirmed, a Student Enrolment Form can then be submitted.

- The enrolment form below is for primary school students only.

Please provide the following documents with your application:
- Birth Certificate
- Current Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) History Statement from Medicare (no more than two months old)
- Proof of address showing that you currently reside in our local intake area (i.e. Copy of recent utility account, lease agreement, ownership of the property, drivers’ licence or statutory declaration).
- Copies of any Family Court or other court orders (if applicable)
- Visa details (if applicable) as per the Education Department Enrolment Policy.
Once we have received your application and all documentation, an interview will be arranged with our Primary School Principal, Mrs Maxfield.
Immunisation Records
Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten children must be up to date with all scheduled immunisations for their age to be able to enrol.
To enrol in kindergarten, a child must have one of the following documents
- An Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement, no more than two months old with a status of ‘up to date’
- An AIR Immunisation History Form, no more than six months old, if the child if on a catch-up schedule
- A valid Immunisation certificate issued or declared by the Chief Health Officer
If a child does not have an up-to-date Immunisation History Statement, exemptions because of family circumstances may apply. These exemptions are determined by the principal. You can obtain a copy of your child’s vaccination record online.

INTAKE AREA
ENDEAVOUR ESC
This is a school without a local intake area. The criterion for prioritising enrolments of eligible students with disability is proximity to the school. If you are enquiring about enrolment eligibility for the Education Support Centre (ESC), please contact our front office directly on (08) 9591 6100.
ENDEAVOUR PRIMARY SCHOOL
The boundary for this school is as follows:
From the Indian Ocean at the westerly extension of Port Kennedy Drive, east along this extension to Port Kennedy Drive, east along Port Kennedy Drive to Warnbro Sound Avenue, north along Warnbro Sound Avenue to a point due east of the eastward extension of Trafalgar Gardens, west along this extension and continuing west between Trafalgar Gardens (on the north), and Batavia Court, Galley Close, Ceri Close, Nautilus Close and Bingarra Close (all on the south), and continuing west with Belmont Close and Tryall Avenue (both on the north) and Bounty Court and Majestic Close (both on the south) and continuing westward to the Indian Ocean. The boundary street of Port Kennedy Drive (both sides) and the boundary part of Warnbro Sound Avenue (west side) are included within the area for this school.
UNIFORMS
Our Uniform Shop is run by our P&C and is now online, giving parents the convenience to order uniforms whenever and wherever you are.
Please visit the Spriggy Schools site at Spriggy Schools – Reliable Online Canteen Ordering and register (if you already have an account for the canteen, you can use the same account – just simply click the uniform tab). Orders placed online will be processed within 48 hours, this excludes weekends, public and school holidays. Orders can also be placed in the P&C box at the front office in a sealed envelope.
The Uniform Shop is open Wednesday afternoons from 2:30pm-2:50pm and Friday mornings from 8:15am-8:45am. It is situated next to the Undercover Area. EFTPOS is available in the uniform shop, payable on pick-up only.

We have 4 Factions at Endeavour Schools:

- Orion – Yellow
- Phoenix – Red
There is an option to purchase school hats with the reversible blue and Faction colour. Please ensure that you write your child’s name on their hat.
All clothing should be clearly marked with your child’s name.

School Office Hours: 7:45am – 3:15pm
Classrooms open at 8:25am
Start Time: 8:35am
Recess: 10:25am – 10:50am
Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:05pm
Finish Time: 2:45pm
Please note lunch and recess times may vary based on class needs.
It is expected that all students attend school. Attendance of 90% or above is considered by the Department of Education to be regular. If your child misses one day of school a week, they will miss almost a term of school every year! A reason must be provided for every day a child is absent from school. This may be given via the Compass Parent App or by calling 9591 6100.
Students arriving late must report to the office and be signed in. Any student leaving the school, during school hours, must be signed out by a parent or guardian at reception.
Kindy and Pre-Primary students must be collected by a parent or guardian.

CHARGES & CONTRIBUTIONS
The 2026 contribution rates are a sliding scale based on the number of children in your family which are $55.00 for one child, $95.00 for two children or $125.00 for three or more children.
While contributions are voluntary, the quality of our teaching and learning program will be maximised when each family contributes by supplementing funding gained from other sources, including the State and Commonwealth governments.
It is vital the school receives your family’s contribution which is uses to supplement school expenditure in the curriculum learning areas.
These contributions and charges are endorsed by the School Board.
This may be paid by cash, EFTPOS or via direct debit. Please use VC and surname with first initial of child as reference. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact our Manager Corporate Services who will assist with a payment plan for your convenience.

2026 VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS LETTER
Excursions and Incursions
During the year, the class teacher may organise for your child to attend an excursion or incursion. You will receive details of this including the itinerary, cost and permission clip close to the time.
To ensure your child can attend, it is necessary to return any paperwork by the required date. All monies are to be given to your class teacher in the yellow school payment envelope. Payment can also be made via EFTPOS at reception or via direct deposit using surname and in/excursion as reference.
THERAPY
School therapy services encompass a wide range of specialised support to address the diverse needs of students. With parent consent, a variety of licensed professionals—including Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Behavioural Therapists—can visit schools to provide targeted sessions for students.
- Occupational Therapy (OT) focuses on helping students develop the skills needed for everyday tasks, such as fine motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing, to support classroom participation and overall independence.
- Speech Therapy helps students improve communication skills, whether it’s speech articulation, language development, or social communication, ensuring they can express themselves effectively in school and beyond.
- Physiotherapy supports students with physical needs, helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, or improve mobility and motor function, all of which contribute to a more active and engaged school experience.
- Psychological Therapy provides emotional and mental health support, addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, or academic stress, helping students cope with challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
- Behavioural Therapy focuses on addressing and modifying challenging behaviours, helping students develop positive habits, improve social skills, and thrive in the school environment.
By providing these therapies on-site, students receive comprehensive support tailored to their individual needs, allowing them to succeed academically and emotionally while fostering a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Service Providers are required to complete school documentation and provide relevant ID documents.
